Thank you for this video; you mentioned in the beginning that it could be due to a weak battery voltage; excuse the dumb question, but if the RV is plugged in to its electric power supply, does it matter still if the battery is weak? My awning is not opening, but my RV is plugged into its 30 amp breaker and I’m wondering if it’s the battery as you say in the beginning of the video
There is no cap on end of awning
I have a 2014 Fleetwood Bounder with the Dometic WeatherPro. I hear a “click” at the control box, but nothing happens. I don’t have the butons to take the covers off. I do have the manual emergency wire, but don’t know how to manually extend it a few inches for me to plug it in and go directly to a battery to see if motor works. Is there a way? Been searching all over for videos on this but they are all on how to retract in an emergency!
