3. HELP! My new Grand Design trailer is 6 months old. While putting rope lights under my trailer to deter rodents, I noticed the membrane under the trailer was sagging. When I pushed my back up against it, water poured out of the side. THE MEMBRANE WAS SAGGING FROM WATER ACCUMULATION! Checking the manual, it said to CHECK weep hole in ramp pan is open and unobstructed. Where is the weep hole? I just found this problem and plan to contact the dealer for help. I haven’t found any water inside the trailer. Any advise you have is greatly appreciated. Also, peppermint spray from Walmart seems to have taken care of the rodent problem and i sprayed foam around obvious openings.

4. I got my 21FBRS Forest River in 2017 and it came with the awning that goes over the slide out, i feel like that helps tremendously. I do agree everything built before 2019-2020 is way more solid and not thrown together, even houses!! Cheers!
